Over 15 years ago, Stephen Gilpin turned a lifetime of experience in the building industry into a vision, to bring warmth, style, and professionalism into every home with beautifully crafted stoves. With over 40 years of hands on experience, Stephen understood that installing a stove isn’t just about heat it’s about creating a space that feels inviting, elegant, and lived-in. From the very first installation, he was guided by a simple idea, that luxury shouldn’t feel distant, and professionalism should never be compromised.
Not Just about business but also Family
What started as a personal mission has grown into a family-run business, proudly based in Narberth, Pembrokeshire, serving homes across West Wales. Today, Stephen runs the company alongside his wife Wendy, whose dedication and warmth ensure every customer feels cared for.
Family members include son-in law Josh and son Sam who are our skilled engineers delivering installations with meticulous attention to detail. They also bring energy and precision to the company.
When visiting the showroom you will meet our lovely daughter- in- law Lana, who Keeps the office running smoothly, Lana ensures every enquiry, quote, and customer follow-up is handled with professionalism and a personal touch.
